At kemyu.com, we aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only if all conditions below are met:

Return request is raised within [7] days of delivery

Item is unused, unworn, unwashed

Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact

Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided
If any of these conditions fail, the return will be rejected. No exceptions.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products bought during sales, offers, or clearance

Gift cards or promotional items

Customized or made-to-order products

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
Read this twice. These rules are final.
3. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective product
-
The wrong item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear unboxing video

Photos showing the issue
-
Order ID
No unboxing proof = no replacement/refund. This protects us from fraud.
4. RETURN PROCESS

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions
Do not send products back without approval — those returns will not be accepted.
5. REFUNDS
Once the returned item passes inspection:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
If Cash on Delivery was used, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges only for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

Exchange request must be raised within [7] days

Only one exchange per order is allowed
If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
8. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. FINAL AUTHORITY
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to verification and approval by kemyu.com.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that violates this policy.
