Not in Love? Return It.

We understand—sometimes things just don’t work out. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Here’s what we need:
✔ The product should be unused
✔ All tags, packaging, and freebies must be intact
✔ Request must be made via our website within the 7-day window

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from the address where it was delivered. Easy!

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or just isn’t right for you, we offer a 7-day exchange window too.

Refunds Made Simple

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll initiate the refund process within 7 days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 3–5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We’ll ask for your bank details to process the refund.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Important: Defects or Wrong Product?

If your order was wrong, damaged, or incomplete, we’ve got your back—just follow these quick steps:

  1. Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share a 360° unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The sealed parcel

    • Any damage or missing item

    • Labels/tags in original condition

  3. Upload it under ‘Return’ in the My Orders section on our website

If the video is missing or unclear, we won’t be able to proceed—so please make sure it’s well-recorded.

 


 

A Few More Things to Keep in Mind

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted for entire orders only—not individual products.

  • If some items are missing from a return, we may deduct the full value of those items (including freebies) from your refund.

  • Missed pickups or rejected reverse pickups will require rescheduling, which may delay the process.

 


 

Live in a Non-Serviceable Area?

If your pincode isn’t eligible for reverse pickup, don’t worry—we’ll ask you to ship it via India Post or similar. You’ll be reimbursed ₹70 toward shipping once we get the item back. If your cost exceeds ₹70, the extra amount will be adjusted from your refund.

 


 

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Individual items from combos or gift boxes

  • Products bought during special promos, contests, or clearance sales
